La Residence Suite Hotel

Nice location, good space if you want to hang out with friends inn the night. Breakfast is considered as convenient store foods, I will not say it's good, but you could have water, drinks and snacks whole day as you want. There is a small gym in the first floor, a piano that you can play with. Parking lot is small however you can easily cross street and find a lot of parking space from Bellevue square.

Free parking and free breakfast. Big rooms with a kitchen and living room cheaper than every other nice place in Bellevue. No pool but they have a weight room and laundry. Directly across the street from Bellevue square. Nice staff, got free ice skate rentals for the ice rink across the street which was a surprise. Free water bottles and juice throughout the day. It's weird getting so much stuff for free when you're used to being upsold at like every hotel.

My second time staying here. This is definitely a hidden gem. It's like staying at an Airbnb right across from a huge mall and also walking distance to a beautiful park and old downtown area. Great customer service, the lobby downstairs has travel brochures and plenty of snacks that are free. The rooms are extremely clean, king bed is super comfy, they have everything you could possibly need. It's better than Airbnb because there isn't a list of things you need to do before you leave lol. This is an actual hotel with really safe parking and a very safe area of Bellevue. Whole foods, trader Joe's PCC, is 5 minute drive away. Perfect stay

This hotel is older, but is kept very clean and in good working order, and is being updated little by little. We had a wonderful stay. The suite was quite spacious with a full stocked kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, full bathroom and walk-in closet! A very comfortable space. The location is unbeatable and they have such reasonable rates! We will definitely be coming back for our next overnight in Bellevue.

We were in the Seattle area for surgery and knew we would be staying a couple weeks. La Residence has apartments with full outfitted kitchens, a nice King bedroom, a full size bathroom, a living and dining room and walk in closet. The complex is small, quiet, well situated to grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and 3 great and gorgeous parks. The staff is efficient, friendly and they make you feel welcome in every way. The continental breakfast is good, the laundry room is clean, fairly priced and not busy. We had our little dog with us and there are handy places to walk, and a close-by dumpster to clean up easily. The complex is not new but is quality built and stocked. The linens were newer, everything was clean and fresh. It is a secure building all the time but locked entirely in the evening. You have access using your key. We loved our experience at La Residence and have reservations to return soon. It is a nice place in a nice community.

You get what you pay for and much more. Living room with dining area, full kitchen with all necessities, bedroom, bathroom are all spacious and clean. Staff is attentive. Location is very good - quiet street, yet across the street from a very nice huge mall. The only con - I could not make cable TV to work, but I was to lazy to call the front desk.
